Brand graphics, product information, colors, barcodes and finishing based on approved artwork.
Custom Label Manufacturing
Custom printed, blank and variable-data labels developed around your product surface, packaging process, printing method and brand requirements.

OEM label service
OEM labels are customized identification products manufactured to a buyer's specification, including size, shape, material, adhesive, printing, finish, core, roll direction and packaging. They may carry branding, instructions, variable information, barcodes, warnings or logistics data.
A label that looks correct in artwork can still fail during application if the material, adhesive, release liner or roll construction does not match the product surface and labeling equipment. For this reason, label sourcing should consider both visual requirements and production conditions.
Brand graphics, product information, colors, barcodes and finishing based on approved artwork.
Unprinted labels prepared for thermal transfer, direct thermal or other in-house variable printing.
Projects involving changing codes, batches, serial numbers or logistics information.
Core, roll diameter, liner width and unwind direction matched to the application equipment.
Product range
Final availability and specification depend on artwork, order quantity, material, finishing and performance requirements.
Custom labels for bottles, jars, cartons, pouches, trays and other retail or industrial packages.
Labels for product codes, carton identification, inventory, warehousing and shipping workflows.
Roll labels intended for direct thermal or thermal-transfer printing at the customer's facility.
Material and adhesive options evaluated for handling, abrasion, moisture or demanding product surfaces.
Printed labels with selected shapes, colors and finishes for presentation-focused applications.
Hang tags, tickets or related products developed around dimensions, printing and attachment requirements.
Material selection
No single material is best for every product. Selection should reflect print method, surface, environment, expected life and application equipment.
| Material family | Typical characteristics | Common applications | Questions to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paper labels | Economical, printable and available with multiple finishes | Cartons, dry products, retail and general packaging | Moisture exposure, surface texture, print durability and finish |
| Polypropylene film | Flexible film with moisture resistance and clear or white options | Bottles, cosmetics, food packaging and presentation labels | Container squeeze, transparency, surface energy and recycling goals |
| Polyester film | Dimensionally stable and suitable for durable identification | Electronics, equipment, ratings and industrial applications | Temperature, chemicals, abrasion and required service life |
| Direct thermal stock | Image develops without a ribbon | Shipping, short-life logistics and selected retail applications | Heat, light, storage duration and image life |
| Thermal-transfer stock | Printed through a compatible ribbon | Barcodes, inventory, product and durable variable data | Printer, ribbon chemistry, resolution and scan requirements |
| Specialty constructions | Selected for defined performance or appearance needs | Security, removable, freezer, high-tack or special surfaces | Actual surface, temperature, dwell time and removal behavior |
Adhesive fit
Adhesion should be tested on the actual package under expected application and storage conditions. Surface contamination, temperature and curvature can change results.
Glass, paperboard, metal and different plastics do not present the same bonding conditions.
Small diameters, compound curves, seams and textured panels can create lifting forces.
The package and label temperature at application may differ from later storage conditions.
Permanent, removable, repositionable or short-life labels require different adhesive behavior.
OEM workflow
A controlled approval process helps protect print quality, machine compatibility and repeat orders.
Confirm application, dimensions, quantity, surface and environment.
Select material, adhesive, liner, print process and finish.
Review files, colors, fonts, barcodes, bleed and cutting lines.
Approve content, dimensions and relevant physical performance.
Print, convert, inspect, rewind and package to specification.
Use approved references and confirm any artwork or material change.
Production compatibility
For automatic application, roll construction matters as much as printed appearance. Provide the labeling machine model or application parameters whenever possible.
Barcode and variable-data projects should also define the printer, ribbon, resolution, verification requirement and downstream scanning environment.
Label size, gap, corner radius and cutting consistency.
Core diameter, maximum roll diameter and unwind direction.
Approved content, color reference, registration and finishing.
Application to the real surface under expected conditions.
Liner behavior, sensor detection and stable release at speed.
Roll labels, lot references and packing instructions for receipt.
Request for quotation
Complete specifications reduce quotation revisions and help identify material or application risks early.
Width, length, shape, corner radius, gap and any perforation.
Print-ready file, colors, variable data, barcode type and finish.
Material, texture, curvature, cleanliness and application area.
Application/storage temperature, moisture, abrasion, chemicals and expected life.
Core, roll diameter, liner width, unwind direction and labeler/printer model.
Order quantity, repeat forecast, delivery destination and required schedule.
OEM label FAQ
An OEM label is produced to a customer's specification, including artwork, dimensions, material, adhesive, finish and roll format. It may be supplied under the buyer's brand or for use on the buyer's products.
Yes. Provide the machine model or roll requirements, including core, maximum roll diameter, liner width, label gap and unwind direction. Production samples should be tested before a large order.
Projects can be evaluated for custom printed labels and blank labels intended for in-house direct-thermal or thermal-transfer printing.
Start with the actual product surface, curvature, application temperature, storage environment and required service life. Adhesive suitability should be confirmed with physical samples.
Provide editable or high-resolution files, dimensions, colors, fonts or outlined text, barcode data, bleed, cutting lines and any finishing instructions.
Yes, but the face stock, coating, ribbon, printer resolution, label dimensions and sensing method must be compatible. Provide the printer model and intended ribbon when available.
