Fully Automatic Top and Bottom Labeling Machine
The Fully Automatic Top and Bottom Labeling Machine is an industrial labeling system developed for products that require pressure-sensitive labels on both the upper and lower surfaces. The machine integrates automatic product conveying, product detection, top labeling and bottom labeling into one continuous production process.
It is equipped with one upper labeling head and one lower labeling head. The upper head applies the label to the top surface, while the lower labeling head feeds the bottom label upward through the gap between two conveyor sections. This configuration allows both labels to be applied efficiently during the same production cycle.
The floor-standing conveyor can be used as an independent labeling station or connected with upstream and downstream production equipment. According to the application, the system can also be integrated with automatic feeders, date coders, barcode printers, inkjet printers, laser coders, vision inspection systems and finished-product collection equipment.

Operating Process
- Products enter the conveyor manually, from an automatic feeder or from upstream equipment.
- A product sensor detects the incoming product and activates the labeling sequence.
- The upper labeling head dispenses and applies the top label.
- The lower labeling head feeds upward between the conveyor sections and applies the bottom label.
- Finished products are transferred to collection, inspection or downstream packaging equipment.
